Our Return and Cancellation Policy governs the terms and conditions for refunds and payments made on “Gold 11” at https://gold11.co.in(“we,” “us,” or “our”) online website and/or any other platform(s). Services once purchased/ money once received will not be refunded. Please read the followingrefund and moneypolicy carefully before registering, accessing, browsing, downloading, purchasing, or using any of the platforms (Website/platform) owned and operated byM/SSandhu Software Technologies, Private Limited, having registered address at Block no 5, NRI Colony, Mariya Road, Doraha, Payal, Ludhiana, Ludhiana- 141416, Punjab.
Subject to these Terms, all amounts deposited by the User after deduction of applicable taxes are subject to pre-disclosure and are held merely in a fiduciary capacity to facilitate gameplays, until the determination of the Winners and distribution of prizes.
In respect of any transactions entered into on the Platform, including making a payment to participate in the paid versions of Contest(s), Users agree to be bound by the following terms:
WITHDRAWALS:
• You can withdraw your winnings by an account payee cheque or electronic bank transfer.
• “Gold 11”may ask you for KYC documents to verify your address and identity before allowing withdrawals.
• Promotional winnings are subject to withdrawal restrictions as defined in this policy.
• Withdrawals are subject to processing charges as per the policy. You may be eligible for free withdrawals depending on your club status, withdrawal amount, or withdrawal mode which shall be determined at our discretion.
• We will attempt to process withdrawals in a timely manner, but there may be delays due to verification and transaction processing. We are not liable for any delays.
• Withdrawal of monies from the Unplayed Account is subject to PAN submission, Aadhaar verification, geolocation verification, and the withdrawal bank account matching the verified documents. Withdrawals will also be subject to a 30% processing fee.
• Withdrawal of amounts from the Winnings Account may be subject to a processing fee determined by “Gold 11”. Winnings will be forfeited if not withdrawn within 90 days of credit or 90 days of inactivity.
REFUNDS:
• We may refund the designated amount paid in case of errors in the services provided by us, after investigation.
• We do not cancel registrations once entered, but in exceptional circumstances where the fault lies with the payment gateway or us, we may cancel your participation and refund the designated amount, after investigation.
• If we are satisfied with your request, we initiate a refund in 7 working days, and you will get credit in 10 working days after initiating a refund in your registered bank account.
• Gold11 Fantasy reserves the right to cancel any match(es) for any reason, with or without disclosure of the reason, and refund all fees paid for such matches by any and all users within 1-3 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
ACCOUNT TYPES AND TRANSACTIONS:
• Users will be provided with three account types: Unplayed, Winnings, and Bonus.
• Amounts in these accounts cannot be transferred between each other or to third-party accounts.
• Winnings may be credited to any of these account types at our discretion.
• Participation fees are first deducted from the Unplayed account, and then from the Winnings account if necessary.
• Unutilized amounts in the Unplayed account must be used within 90 days, after which we reserve the right to forfeit them.
• Withdrawal from the Unplayed account is subject to processing fees, document verification, and other restrictions.
• Winnings account amounts expire after 90 days of inactivity or credit, and we may charge processing fees for withdrawals.
BONUSES AND DISCOUNTS:
• We may issue various types of bonuses and discounts, such as Add Cash, Free Tickets, Leaderboard rewards, Loyalty points, and others.
• Bonus points are non-withdrawable and non-transferable, except as part of winnings.
• Bonus points are valid for 14 days from the date of credit and will lapse thereafter.
• Bonuses may be credited to any of the account types at our discretion.
INVOICING:
• We will not entertain any cash invoices.
• For transactions being done on the application/website, we will issue invoices for the platform fees charged.
• Users can request invoices within 30 days of the relevant transaction. Requests after this period may not be entertained.
• Shared invoice links will expire within 60 minutes if not downloaded, and users can request a new link if required.
